The Oklahoma News Report Adds Journalist Kennedy Sepulvado To It’s Growing Team
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma – Oklahoma Educational Television Authority (OETA) announces the hiring of journalist Kennedy Sepulvado to our weekly news program, The Oklahoma News Report. Sepulvado grew up in Union City, Oklahoma, which is also where her passion for journalism began. She went on to get her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and Journalism from The University of Oklahoma and is currently working towards her master’s degree in Strategic Communication at the University of Central Oklahoma.
“We are delighted to have Kennedy Sepulvado join the OETA news team. She brings home-grown education and journalistic experience to TheOklahoma News Report along with a fresh perspective on issues important to our viewers,” said Susan Cadot, OETA’s Vice President of Production.
Sepulvado spent the last four years as a Newscast Director at KFOR News 4. "I am excited to join OETA's The Oklahoma News Report. I look forward to meeting people around Oklahoma and getting to tell stories in my home state."
