Gallery America, formally known as Gallery, has been on the air for over 20 years showcasing Oklahoma and national artists. Over 200 Oklahoma artists have been featured on Gallery or Gallery America over the years. Highlighting Oklahoma artists is at the core of Gallery America – bringing viewers across the state an awareness and appreciation for the arts we have right here in Oklahoma. Arts programming on OETA is unmatched and unique to public television, and it’s all made possible because of viewer support. Gallery America adds to the rich tapestry of arts programming found on public television, thanks to OETA and your support.
“It means everything for OETA to be able to explore and share arts stories that really illustrate what makes this state so special,” says Gallery America host/producer Robert Reid. “And not only Oklahomans get to experience this. We share every Gallery America show with other PBS arts shows, so much of the USA get to see Oklahoma at its MOST creative and inspiring.”
